- Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of staff at all levels
- Grow and develop the management team; foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Resolve escalated customer complaints and operational challenges swiftly and effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, referral partners, key clients, and vendors
- Review and approve major contracts, bids, and partnerships
- Evaluate and implement technology, tools, and processes to enhance mitigation and restoration workflows
- Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and disaster recovery service offerings
- Oversee risk management, safety programs, and quality assurance processes across all operations
- Report regularly to ownership on company performance, financial results, and strategic initiatives
Who We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in restoration, remediation, or related construction sectors
- Minimum 5 years in an executive or senior management role
- Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams
- Deep understanding of P&L management, strategic planning, and operational scaling
- IICRC certifications (Water, Mold, Asbestos) preferred
- Proficiency with Xactimate and MS Office
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
