Experienced Employment Litigation Paralegal

Looking for a full-time Litigation Paralegal with employment law experience. If you have excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively, we would love to connect!

Duties included but not limited to:

- Case Management: Work with attorney and team members from case inception through post-trial and appeal, case evaluation, maintaining case files and calendars.

- E-Filing Expertise: Knowledge of CA state and federal e-filing rules, procedures, and Northern California local court rules.

- Discovery Process: Support discovery tasks, including document review and production, drafting and responding to discovery requests, scheduling and assisting with deposition preparations.

- Law & Motion Practice: Draft and assemble motion papers, file pleadings and briefs, and ensure proper service. Analyze motions received from opposing counsel and research in support of response.
