A well-established property management company is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Property Manager to oversee a Section 8 apartment community in Mankato, MN. The ideal candidate is organized, resident-focused, and experienced in affordable housing programs.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Oversee daily operations of a Section 8 community </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and company policies </li>
<li>Manage recertifications, income verifications, and resident files </li>
<li>Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services </li>
<li>Handle rent collection, notices, and general reporting </li>
<li>Foster strong resident relationships and maintain high occupancy standards </li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience managing a Section 8 or other affordable housing community required </li>
<li>Strong understanding of HUD and Section 8 guidelines </li>
<li>Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills </li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities </li>
<li>COS, TCS, or other affordable housing certifications a plus</li>
</ul>
