Due to a planned retirement, Smith & Wilkinson has been retained by QNB Bank (“QNB”) to identify its next Senior Vice President, Human Resources Director.

Established in 1877 and headquartered in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, QNB is a growing $2.4 billion community bank serving Bucks, Lehigh, Montgomery counties and surrounding markets. QNB offers a full suite of business and consumer banking products and services through 14 retail locations and digital channels, as well as investment solutions and title insurance. QNB is entering an important new chapter following its combination with Victory Bank and a planned leadership transition. Reporting to QNB’s President, the SVP, Human Resources Director will lead QNB’s Human Resources function and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and the Board. The role will have broad responsibility across talent management, change management, leadership development, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.

We are seeking a strategic, approachable, and culture-focused HR leader with broad HR experience, strong change leadership capabilities, and the ability to bring an outside perspective while preserving and strengthening QNB’s people-first, relationship-oriented culture. Experience with talent and leadership development, succession planning, compensation strategy, and supporting organizational growth will be particularly valuable. Banking or financial services experience is helpful but not required; experience in a highly regulated industry is essential.
