As an AI Solutions Engineer, you’ll serve as a strategic architect and hands-on builder of transformative AI solutions that drive measurable business impact for our internal teams and clients. You will identify opportunities, design innovative architectures, and execute the end-to-end delivery of production-ready AI solutions that enhance efficiency, automation, and customer value. Beyond implementation, you’ll be an AI thought leader, constantly keeping pace with emerging technologies, evaluating open-source and proprietary solutions, and translating complex business challenges into practical AI-powered innovations.
The role requires experience with data orchestration, API-based development, foundational engineering practices, and the strategic acumen to support AI adoption. You’ll extensively use generative AI to design, code, and rapidly deliver POCs and productized solutions. You will work closely with our VP, Technology Solutions and other Consulting Leaders and teammates to execute our AI-driven technology innovation and achieve key business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
- Architect and ship AI workflows, agents, chatbots, and other AI-drive solutions.
- Design end-to-end data orchestration: ingest, transform, and surface data via APIs and event streams.
- Apply foundational engineering practices to build and maintain a variety of backend and frontend applications and tallor AI capabilities to consultants and clients.
- Fine-tune and evaluate models by applying prompt engineering and guardrails.
- Establish CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as Code.
- Collaborate with leaders to prioritize, estimate effort, and deliver incremental releases.
- Support the mapping of business goals to practical solutions and identify impractical or low-value AI applications.
- Document solutions, share best practices, innovate, and coach teams to adopt new AI workflows/solutions.
- Support transformation processes toward an AI-centric culture and collaborate closely with other business departments. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to clients.
- Note: Travel up to 10% for business purposes, determined by organizational needs or client requests.
Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications
- 5+ years of software/web engineering.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with LLMs (recent experience with AI coding via Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).
- Coding experience in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript/React and frameworks such as Next.js.
- Deep understanding of APIs, OAuth, and integration patterns.
- Experience with vector search solutions.
- Cloud fluency (GCP and AWS) and automation tooling.
- Solid data engineering fundamentals: SQL, batch/stream processing.
- Desired experience/exposure in digital analytics, marketing operations, and martech solutions.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Clear, concise communication for technical and non-technical audiences.

This is a full-time remote opportunity. We currently have teammates located all across the country in 24 different states and 1 country internationally. Don’t get us wrong, we love to explore. However, due to the nature of our consulting agency, you must remain in the same state/time zone and digital nomads will not be considered.
You Will Work With
This role involves working closely with our Vice President, Technology Solutions, Consulting Leaders, Consultants, Project Managers, Growth team members and other subject matter experts.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $130,0000 - $190,00.00 USD annually DOE
