Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Non-Technical Program Manager to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. 
Duties:
<ul>
<li>Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve stakeholder goals</li>
<li>Establishes delivery schedules and monitors work from inception through delivery</li>
<li>Defines and reports on stakeholder roadmaps, status, development issues and success metrics</li>
<li>Identifies, monitors, and facilitates risk/issues through mitigation</li>
<li>Seeks opportunities to improve process and efficiency</li>
<li>Facilitates communication and coordination among projects and delivery teams</li>
<li>Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction</li>
<li>Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions, and internal process and practices impacting component projects or overall program</li>

The approximate pay range for this position is between $60.00 and $70.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
