Job Description
Looking for an Industrial Construction Foreman&nbsp;to lead crews on industrial and commercial construction projects throughout Indiana and surrounding areas. This is a Direct Hire position, $30-38, depending on experience.
 
This is a&nbsp;working leadership role. On smaller projects, you will work alongside your crew performing the work. On larger projects, you will focus on planning, scheduling, coordination, quality control, and crew leadership.
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in industrial, commercial, or construction environments</li>
<li>Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Carpenter, Crew Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role</li>
<li>Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings</li>
<li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record</li>
</ul>
