In this contract to permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing exceptional support to both staff and visitors. This role requires discretion, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Greet executives and visitors with professionalism and assist them with entry and meeting arrangements.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• Handle errands such as bank deposits and lunch pickups efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and tasks.
• Provide administrative support across two office floors, ensuring needs are met promptly.
• Utilize Google Docs for documentation and organization purposes.
• Answer inbound calls and manage a multi-line phone system effectively.
• Deliver exceptional concierge services to staff and guests.
• Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times.• Proven experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Strong skills in managing multi-line phone systems.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Familiarity with Google Docs and other office productivity tools.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
