Fairfield Inn & Suites in Burlington, CO is looking for one Night Audit agent to join our 21 person strong team. We are located on 526 S Lincoln St. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. If you are night owl, this job is for you!

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Check-out and Check-in Guests
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources
• Cleaning Checklist
• Folding towels, blankets etc. (evening shift, night audit)

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills
