Job Summary
Adept Home Care is currently seeking a caring, dependable non-medical hourly caregiver FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE for coverage for a client located in Portersville, PA:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (10:30 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.)
Condition: Fall Risk, Mobility Impairment, Diabetes, Right Side Weakness
NOTE: Client has one dog - Lab (friendly)
Duties may include but not limited to:
- Laundry and Change of Bed Linens
- Grocery Shopping
- Companionship
- Range of Motion Exercises
- Bathing, Grooming and Dressing Assistance
- Driving to Appointments and Errands
- Walking and Transfer Assistance
- Medication Reminders
- ADL's
- Ambulation
- Change Depends
- Transportation (Do not need a vehcile)
Caregiver Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience
- 2 Step TB Test
- Pass Criminal Background Checks
- MUST Pass Child Clearances (client has children in the home)
- MUST Pass Fingerprinting (client has children in the home)
Benefits and Perks
- Sign on Bonus - $500
- Caregiver Referral Bonus - Up to $200
- Client Referral Bonus - Waiver Client: up to $500, Private Pay Client: up to $1000
