Job Description:We are seeking aHelp Desk Support Representative to provide technical desk support for end users and supports users in Office 365 and other productivity applications, as well as custom applications and servicesResponsibilities:
- 70% - Creates tickets and resolves service and incident requests from customers, providing support or escalating issues as needed.
- 20% - Provides on-site Desktop support to end users (at our 4 office locations) and participates in and assists on technical projects such as computer rollouts and imaging.
- 10%- Provides onsite and remote support for emergency activations and special events, and other work as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited educational institution
- One (1) year of successful experience providing technical support in a large enterprise using Microsoft and other productivity applications, including Outlook.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base hourly pay rate for this position is $24.00 per hr, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
