Project Coordinator (Entry Level) – Administrative Support
Heartland Consulting offers an excellent entry-level opportunity for a Project Coordinator to support daily operations of the DHA MST PMO.
Key Responsibilities (aligned with PWS 5.2)
- Provide clerical support, DTS travel coordination, awards processing, in-processing/out-processing, and training tracking.
- Maintain office supplies, schedules, and general documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 1–3 years of administrative or coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and customer-service skills.
- Eligible for CAC.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with DoD environments or DTS travel system.
Location & Travel
- Primarily telework with occasional on-site in Falls Church, VA or Orlando, FL area.
- Travel: Minimal to occasional (up to 10%), as needed.
