- Credentialing: ICON credentialing support available

- Model: Endodontic specialty practice; long-term / locums-to-perm intent preferred
- Case Types: Endodontic care/root canals
- Equipment: CBCT, microscopes/scopes, digital workflows and standard endodontic equipment

Requirements
\n

- Certifications: Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics
- Licensure: Colorado license preferred; strong candidates willing to obtain Colorado licensure may be presented
- Case Logs: Client may request case examples/review as part of clinical vetting
- Experience expectations: Must be clinically capable of practicing in an established, high-demand endodontic specialty setting
