Please note: These positions are not immediate and are projected to begin in early 2027.
We are currently accepting applications from candidates interested in upcoming Production Associate opportunities in a precision manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on inspection work.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and hands-on inspections using stereoscopes
- Measure components to ensure they meet specifications
- Inspect and deflash ferrules by removing excess material
- Identify defects and ensure products meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attention to detail
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to perform repetitive, precision-based tasks
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Previous inspection, microscopy, or manufacturing experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is available
Pay rates:
- Teams A & B: $16.39
- Teams C & D: $18.39
- Team E: $20.48
- Team F: $22.48
Training schedule:
- All shifts will train on Team A for the first two weeks.
- Team A: Mon-Thurs 6am-4pm
Weekday schedule (Mon-Thurs):
- Team A: 6am-4pm
- Team B: 9am-7pm
- Team C: 6pm-4am
- Team D: 9pm-7am
Weekend schedule (Fri, Sun, Sat):
- Team E: 6am-6pm
- Team F: 6pm-6am
Facility schedule:
- This company is a 24-hour facility, so employees should expect to work weekends and holidays based on their scheduled shift. The plant is only closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
