Job DescriptionTransactional Attorney - Partner Established (50+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Transactional Attorney for Corporate & Real Estate Practice in Tampa, FL An established firm based in Tampa with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Transactional Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their team onsite or hybrid. This Attorney will have experience with corporate transactions, M&A, real estate, and commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in advisory and deal-related matters. Offer: Salary range: $250,000-$375,000, contingent on experience and book of business

Candidates must be licensed in Florida and have at least 5 years of experience in transactional law.
Experience with mid-market and upper-market corporate transactions, real estate deals, and contract negotiation is required.
Strong client development skills and portable business preferred. Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel on corporate and real estate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and financing.
Draft and negotiate commercial contracts, purchase agreements, and operating agreements.
Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to close deals efficiently.
