We are seeking a Logistics Project Manager to lead and execute complex logistics and supply chain initiatives across multiple concurrent construction projects. This position offers the opportunity to shape processes, manage high-value client relationships, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role requires a strong background in 3PL operations, carrier and vendor coordination, and end-to-end project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead full project lifecycle including onboarding, planning, execution, scope changes, budget management, and reporting for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Manage transportation strategies by identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating with carriers, and onboarding new providers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including warehouse operations to ensure alignment and timely execution
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and carriers to ensure timely, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Analyze inventory activity, investigate discrepancies, and manage inbounds and outbounds
  • Lead internal and external project meetings, fostering clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation including processes, procedures, and project reports
  • Understand the intersection of technology, operations, and business to drive continuous improvement and operational optimization
  • Identify risks and proactively address potential issues to minimize project disruption
  • Support bid preparation and present to leadership for project approval
  • Track financial performance of projects, create financial reports, and contribute to forecasting and margin improvement
  • Guide, mentor, and support project support staff
  • Stay informed on industry trends and apply insights to improve practices
  • Adapt quickly in an ambiguous environment and drive toward business objectives
  • Perform additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in logistics project management, including 3PL, fulfillment, transportation, and distribution
  • 3+ years of experience managing high-end or enterprise-level clients
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to manage project margins, forecasts, and reporting
  • Proficiency with TMS, WMS, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Deep knowledge of routing, carrier negotiation, and vendor management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, lead change, and work cross-functionally
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think ahead and adapt


Salary & Benefits:

  • The salary range for this position is $75-90K
  • Eligible for Profit Sharing contribution, 401K (automatically vested)
