Job Title: 1st Shift Maintenance Helper
Location: Huntington Beach, Ca
Schedule: Mon-Fri; 5:15am - 1:30pm
Pay: $18/hr
As a key part of our team, you'll help keep our facility in top shape, tackling tasks like light repairs, plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. You'll support special projects, perform routine cleaning, and help with both indoor and outdoor upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair doors, locks, faucets, and plumbing.
- Perform routine cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).
- Mow, trim, and clear snow outdoors.
- Assist with electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and support ongoing maintenance.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use common tools.
- Must be flexible for overtime and have a strong attendance record.
