We are seeking an entry level/newly admitted attorney for boutique personal injury law firm concentrating in medical malpractice and construction accident cases. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to learn and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of litigation. Primary responsibilities will include preparing and representing witnesses at depositions, court appearances, drafting pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and Surrogate's Court filings.

No prior experience required - we are willing to train. Our firm has an excellent track record of success, and this is a unique opportunity to gain hands on experience under the tutelage of top trial attorneys.

Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
