Position - Contract - State of Texas - Austin-TX (Onsite) - Need Texas Residents Only

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with Java EE, Spring Boot, and microservices
• 8+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (AWS or Google)
• 8+ years of experience using Docker and Kubernetes
• 8+ years of experience in API design and integration (REST, GraphQL)
• 8+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
• 8+ years of experience applying cloud-native security best practices
• 8+ years of experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• 8+ years of experience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• 8+ years of experience with serverless computing and cloud-native services
• 8+ years of experience using Domain-Driven Design (DDD)

Preferred Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• 8+ years of experience in performance tuning and high-availability strategies
• 8+ years of experience with cloud cost optimization
• 8+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
• 8+ years of experience with enterprise IT, SDLC, and architecture principles
• 8+ years of experience providing consulting and facilitation
• 8+ years of experience in customer-focused communication
• 8+ years of experience demonstrating proactive leadership
• 3+ years of experience with cloud architect certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• 3+ years of experience with Texas or other state eligibility systems
