Store Manager / Lead Optician Bermel Vision & Aesthetics
Locations: Leesburg, Fairfax, or Gainesville, VA
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports to: Owner / Regional Manager
The Role
We need an energetic, results-driven leader who can run the entire optical like their own business while keeping the patient experience world-class.
Youll Be Responsible For
- Driving optical sales, conversion rate, capture rate, and multiple-pair sales
- Training, coaching, and developing the team daily (on-the-fly and formal reviews)
- Inventory management, merchandising, and keeping the boards fresh
- Weekly & monthly reporting and KPI tracking
- Ensuring every patient receives the Elevated Patient Experience
- Stepping in to sell, adjust, and troubleshoot when needed
Ideal Candidate
- 35+ years optical management or strong lead optician experience
- Virginia Licensed Optician strongly preferred
- Proven track record of hitting sales goals and developing teams
- Confident giving feedback and holding people accountable with kindness
- Always learning and open to new systems and ideas
