LEAD C#.NET Developer opening in the St. Louis area, for an experienced Lead Software Engineer who is looking to design, develop, and implement end-to-end integrated systems and web applications. In this role, you will lead the design or architecture of the global business application, code it, mentor more junior developers, while making sure you are challenging the business to support future needs.

Requirements:
- Knowledgeable of AI or ALM capabilities within software development (requirements gathering, coding and testing). ClaudeCode, Cursor, ChatGPT, OpenAI, etc.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with application development tools, including C# .NET, JavaScript (Angular, Typescript or React), DevOps, GitHub.
- Microsoft SQL Server database
- MS Azure cloud development
- SDLC, requirements to development to testing
- Ability to interact with the enterprise business as a lead, showcasing project management and mentoring.
