We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Delphi, RAD Studio, Oracle PL/SQL, (ASTA or RemObjects are pluses) to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve collaborating closely with other developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end. In this position, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL to manage and optimize our database queries and interactions. Furthermore, your experience with OKTA will help us strengthen our security protocols, ensuring a seamless integration of identity management within our applications. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Delphi and RAD Studio.
Write and optimize SQL queries using Oracle PL/SQL to support application functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features.
Utilize ASTA or RemObjects for component-based software development.
Integrate OKTA for identity and access management within our applications.
Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Participate in code reviews to ensure coding best practices and standards are upheld.

Requirements

Proven experience in software development with Delphi and RAD Studio.
Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and database management principles.
Experience with ASTA or RemObjects frameworks is a plus.
Familiarity with modern identity management systems, particularly OKTA.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
