Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community | $27–$30/hr
 
We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at an apartment community in the Twin Cities area. Join a great team and help keep residents comfortable by maintaining safe, functional homes.
 
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues in apartment homes</li>
<li>Support turnover process including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs</li>
<li>Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, and appliances</li>
<li>Ensure the property meets all safety and maintenance standards</li>
<li>Respond to on-call emergencies as assigned</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in apartment or property maintenance required</li>
<li>Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair</li>
<li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work</li>
<li>Must be dependable, professional, and a team player</li>
</ul>
 
Compensation: $27–$30/hour based on experience 
Location: Minneapolis–St. Paul Metro 
Schedule: Monday through Friday
