Hotel Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent - Part-Time

About the role:

Hotel Peppertree Bend, BW Premier Collection, is hiring a part-time overnight team member — typically 2 to 3 nights per week, including some weekends. You'll run the night audit, cover the overnight front desk, and keep the hotel ready for the morning team at our 119-room property in southwest Bend.

Overnight at a hotel is quieter than the day shift, but it's not nothing. Late arrivals, early flights, the occasional locked-out guest. You'll have time to do the work, run the audit, and handle whatever the night brings.

What you'll do:

• Run the night audit — close PMS and POS systems, generate daily reports, reset for the morning team
• Welcome late-arriving guests and handle early check-outs
• Answer phones, take reservations, handle guest requests
• Set up breakfast for the morning shift
• Light common-area cleaning — lobby, restrooms, entry
• Walk the property periodically for safety
• Communicate clearly with the morning shift

• Dependable — shows up on time
• Comfortable working overnight and working independently
• Calm, friendly, and professional with guests
• Comfortable with a computer and willing to learn our systems
• Basic math and attention to detail for the audit work
• Available some weekends and holidays

Great fit for students, parents, or anyone who likes a quieter pace and steady overnight hours. Previous hotel, night audit, front desk, retail, or customer service experience helps but isn't required. We train.
