We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all aspects of maintenance and repairs at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center in Cedar Rapids, IA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facility is safe, well-maintained, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff in performing routine maintenance tasks.
• Inspect facilities regularly to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules.
• Oversee equipment and systems repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies outside of regular business hours.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Valid driver's license.
