The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Engineer / Senior Engineer with an active Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li> Conduct infrastructure assessments (MEP, structural, civil)</li>
<li>Develop engineering designs &amp; specifications</li>
<li>Provide improvement and compliance recommendations</li>
<li>Integrate building automation &amp; energy systems</li>
<li>Support facility condition assessments and testing</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with ADA, fire/life safety, environmental</li>
</ul>

Experience:
<ul>
<li> Engineer: 7+ years</li>
<li>Senior Engineer: 10+ years</li>
</ul>
Education:
<ul>
<li> Bachelor’s in Engineering required</li>
<li>PE required for Senior Engineer</li>
</ul>
