What You’ll Do as a Leasing Manager:

• Lead leasing efforts and drive occupancy goals
• Mentor and support leasing staff while building a strong team culture
• Manage lead-to-lease processes, renewals, and market surveys
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and best leasing practices
• Partner with Maintenance and on-site teams to support community goals
• Proactively address resident needs and on-site issues

What We’re Looking For in a Leasing Manager:

• 3–4+ years in a Leasing Manager or Assistant Leasing Manager role
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws, leasing compliance, and resident retention
• Proficiency with property management software and office systems
• Valid driver’s license
