Position Details:
Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Phoenix Area (Mesa Public Schools)
Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday–Friday)
Caseload: Pre-K through 12th grade
Contract Dates: August 6, 2026 – May 27, 2027
Employment Type: W-2
Position Overview:
Currently interviewing Occupational Therapists for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity working with a diverse student population across multiple school sites.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree from an ACOTE-accredited program
Active Arizona OT License required
Must meet all district onboarding requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to students across Pre-K–12 grade levels
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Support students with fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Credentialing Requirements:
Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
