Role Description The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington Heights, IL. This position is responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving inbound shipments, verifying quantities and product conditions, and organizing inventory in designated storage areas. The role involves picking and packing orders accurately, preparing items for shipment, and scheduling and loading outbound deliveries according to standards. The Warehouse Associate will maintain a clean and safe work environment, and assist with inventory counts and cycle checks. Collaboration with warehouse team members and other departments is required to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment and smooth distribution processes.

Qualifications

- Experience with shipping & receiving processes, including checking in orders and preparing outbound shipments.
- Proficiency in packing and unloading activities, with attention to product handling and damage prevention.
- Basic understanding of warehouse inventory systems and order picking procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with team members and supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but not required.
