Job DescriptionAbout the Role:DUCTZ of South Central PA is looking for a motivated Part-Time Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Manheim, PA! This is a great opportunity to build hands-on technical skills in the HVAC restoration industry while delivering cleaner, healthier air to homes and businesses in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and commercial air duct cleaning using specialized equipment
- Inspect, clean, and restore HVAC systems including ductwork, vents, and components
- Set up and operate negative air pressure machines and vacuum systems
- Communicate professionally with customers before, during, and after service
- Document job details, take before-and-after photos, and complete service reports
- Maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and service vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures on every job site
Requirements:
- No prior duct cleaning experience required — training provided
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hands-on technical equipment
- Ability to work in tight spaces, crawlspaces, and attics as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and travel to job sites as needed.
- Commitment of approximately 24 hours per week
