Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Valid state hoisting license
- A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience performing asphalt milling work
- Comprehensive knowledge of asphalt operations
- Must possess personal transportation to reliably travel to various regional job sites
Responsibilities
- Provide daily on-site leadership to the construction crew
- Coordinate project schedules and logistics directly with Project Superintendents
- Ensure the proper training, safety mentoring, and skill development of all team members
- Complete and submit required field logs and documentation
- Operate heavy milling machinery and support equipment effectively
