Job Description:
Masters is seeking a full-time customer-oriented professional to work as a Knuckle Boom Truck Operator at our Olyphant, PA plant location. This individual will deliver Precast Concrete Structures to a variety of customers daily, while providing the best customer service, maintaining excellent quality control, and safe and professional operation of the equipment
Job Type: Full-Time; Hourly with Overtime, 45-55 hours
- No Boom Truck Experience Necessary
- Paid Training.
- Home Every Night
- No ELD’s
Qualifications:
- CDL Class A or B required.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. several times daily
- Must be able to stand, walk, crouch, squat, bend, reach, grasp, lift, load, push, pull throughout the day.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years Driving Experience Preferred but we will train
- Background in General Construction Preferred, but Not Required
Responsibilities:
- Promote Safety and perform safe practices at all times
- Maintain a High Level of Customer Service
- Maintain and Operate a Clean, Safe Vehicle per all Federal DOT Regulations
- Timely Delivery of Materials
- Effective communication with dispatch, sales reps, and customers
- Availability Monday - Friday
