We’re seeking compassionate caregivers to provide individualized, in-home care to seniors. This role centers on respect, connection, and genuine compassion. You’ll support older adults in the place they love most—their home—while building meaningful relationships and helping them live safely and comfortably. What We Offer You:
Schedule - 12hr shifts
- 12 Hour Shifts Available, AM & PM
- Competitive pay: $14.50–$16.00/hour

What You’ll Do
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting independence
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and give medication reminders
- Help with light housekeeping and transportation
- Support clients who may need dementia or hospice care
- Monitor safety and well-being and communicate changes to the care team
- Build trusted relationships and share Love (v.) every day
What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
- A genuine heart for serving seniors
CNA or assisted living experience is a plus—but not required.
