Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Experience working with high school students (preferred)
- Competency with cross-categorical student needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and dedicated approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group instruction to a small caseload of students
- Develop and implement IEPs focused on academic skills and mild self-regulation
- Collaborate with school teams and families to support student success
- Maintain progress records and document related data
- Foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week)
