We're looking for a Per Diem BCBA in North Carolina who is passionate about clinical excellence, values flexibility, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

? This Position Is for North Carolina Candidates

Local candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a hybrid and in-person position—not a fully remote position. BCBAs must be located in North Carolina and able to provide in-person services when required based on client and clinical needs.

Candidates residing in another state are not eligible for this position unless they are willing and able to relocate to North Carolina.

Where You'll Make an Impact

As a Per Diem BCBA, you'll provide individualized, evidence-based ABA services that create meaningful progress for children and families.

Depending on client and clinical needs, services may be provided in person and through hybrid work arrangements.

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial assessments and ongoing reassessments to develop individualized programming

  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's needs

  • Provide supervision, parent training, and clinical guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs

  • Analyze behavioral data and adjust programming to support continued client progress

  • Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation

  • Ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines

  • Deliver compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services

What Sets You ApartRequired

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing

  • Current 8-hour supervision certificate

  • North Carolina licensure where applicable

  • Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Reliable transportation when in-person travel is required

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Currently located in North Carolina or willing to relocate to North Carolina

  • Ability to provide in-person services when required

  • This is not a fully remote position

Nice to Have

  • Experience supervising RBTs or BCaBAs in a center-based, in-home, or hybrid setting

  • Comfort working with digital clinical platforms for data collection and documentation

  • A collaborative mindset with a strong track record of building positive family and team relationships
