The Membership Specialist is the primary growth driver for our community. You are responsible for sharing the UFC GYM mission, building relationships with prospective members, and helping them start their fitness journey through effective sales, outreach, and high-energy service.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Community Outreach
- Lead Generation: Actively generate new leads through productive phone calls, community outreach, and social media engagement.
- Appointment Setting: Manage your sales pipeline to consistently hit daily and monthly appointment and guest goals.
- The Fitness Tour: Deliver a world-class tour to 100% of guests, showcasing our MMA-inspired facility and training programs.
- Closing: Confidently present membership options and help new members enroll in the plan that best fits their goals.
Member Experience & Engagement
- First Impressions: Provide a welcoming, informative, and high-energy experience for every person who enters the gym.
- Member Integration: Follow up with new members after enrollment to ensure they are utilizing the club and meeting their fitness targets.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent the UFC GYM brand with authenticity and passion in the club and the local community.
Operations & Teamwork
- Collaboration: Work closely with the coaching and operations teams to ensure a seamless "hand-off" for new members.
- Data Integrity: Accurately track leads, guest data, and sales activity in the gym management system.
- Club Standards: Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for all members and guests.
Qualifications
- Experience: Strong understanding of sales practices; previous experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using lead management software.
- Traits: A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
