Gallant Business Solutions is hiring a Program Analyst III (Data & Technology) to support Prince George’s County Department of Public Works & Transportation (DPW&T). This role focuses on data analysis, dashboards, and transit technology systems that support real-world transportation operations.

This is a strong opportunity for a data-driven professional who enjoys working with operational data, systems, and decision-making in a government environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data to support transportation planning and operations
• Build dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar tools)
• Manage and support transit technology systems (ITS, CAD/AVL, etc.)
• Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
• Support implementation of new technology and system improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• 4+ years of data analysis or program analysis experience
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Strong Excel and data handling skills
• GIS or transportation systems experience (preferred)

Work Details

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (on-site in Largo, MD)
• Limited telework (1 day/week, not Wednesdays)
• Long-term contract (4+ months) with potential for permanent placement
