Corporate & Securities Associate — Public Company Advisory
A national Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid- to senior-level transactional associate to join its Corporate & Securities practice. This position is part of the firm's Public Company Advisors team, working in a collaborative, multi-office group representing public company and other corporate clients.
Primary interest is in candidates based in the New York, Boston, or Washington, DC markets, with flexibility for candidates in other East Coast offices.
Qualifications:
- At least four years of corporate & securities experience at a large regional or national law firm
- Experience with Securities Act of 1933 equity and debt offerings and Securities Exchange Act of 1934 matters, including proxy statements, periodic reporting (Forms 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q), and Section 16 reporting
- Excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where based, or able to become licensed promptly
Compensation: $225,000-400,000, depending on location, qualifications, and experience. Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), PTO) plus a discretionary performance bonus.
