Compensation:

Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome and assist late-night guests with check-in and check-out
- Balance daily transactions, reconcile accounts, and run end-of-day reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest billing and hotel records
- Maintain a safe, secure, and calm environment overnight
- Handle guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Prepare reports for management and the morning staff
Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills
- Comfortable working independently overnight
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer proficiency (hotel systems experience a plus)
