MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
\n
Associate's degree
\n
5+ years’ experience in a related role
\n
Strong written and oral communication skills
\n
Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
\n
Consistent track record for executing performance objectives and delivering results with minimal supervision
\n
Experience partnering with senior business executives across an organization
\n
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
\n
\n
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
\n
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business or related field
\n
10+ years’ experience in a directly related role
\n
PHR or SPHR Certificate
