We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial electrical projects in the Houston market. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.
Project Scope
- Corporate interior remodels
- Medical facility electrical systems
- Ground-up commercial construction
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of electrical projects from planning through completion
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and change orders for projects ranging from $250K to $1MM
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Utilize AccuBid for estimating and Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- Based in or near Houston, TX with knowledge of the local market
- Proven experience managing commercial electrical projects
- Proficiency in AccuBid and Microsoft Office Suite
