Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions leveraging the ServiceNow platform. This role requires deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, integrations, governance, and enterprise solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with organizational goals and business requirements.
  
• Develop technical architecture, data models, workflows, and integrations to support enterprise business processes.
  
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  
• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, and CSS.
  
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP, MID Servers, and related technologies.
  
• Optimize platform performance, scalability, and reliability through monitoring and performance tuning.
  
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards by implementing appropriate controls and audit mechanisms.
  
• Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, design documents, and configuration guides.
  
• Provide knowledge transfer, mentorship, and training to technical teams and end users.
  
• Advise leadership on technology strategies, infrastructure planning, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
  
• Support system roadmap development and evaluate the feasibility of future technology projects.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in IT systems roadmap development.
  
• Minimum of 9 years of experience serving as an Enterprise Architect.
  
• Minimum of 9 years of experience with system diagramming and modeling using structured modeling languages such as UML.
  
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITFM, HRSD, PPM, and SPM.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience architecting and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in enterprise environments.
  
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, core modules, and platform components.
  
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, governance, security, and compliance standards.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  

Highly Desired Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
  
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
  
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise or government environments.
