Job Description

Responsibilities include all aspects of our products from development through manufacture and customer support. This position requires analytical and hands-on involvement. An ideal candidate will have analytical aptitude, a learner mindset and a willingness to help however needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new circuit designs to meet product needs
  • Analyze and improve analog and digital circuits
  • Collaborate with teams for system compatibility
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Maintain documentation for design changes and testing

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in circuit design (analog, digital)
  • Proficiency with schematic capture, circuit simulation and PCB design
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
  • Detail-oriented approach to quality assurance
  • Strong understanding of sensor technologies, particularly in high-pressure/temperature

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with embedded systems
  • Knowledge of industry standards (CE, RoHS, SIL, PL)
  • Working knowledge of communication protocols such as HART, IO-Link
  • Experience with root-cause analysis and design optimization
  • Exposure to National Instruments Electronics Workbench
  • Familiarity with moving product from design to production including exposure to automated test systems

Travel Requirements

  • Ability to travel up to 10 percent of the time
