We’re looking for an experienced Fleet Mechanic & Fabricator to help maintain and repair fleet vehicles and equipment while also fabricating and modifying systems used in plant and field operations. This role is hands-on, varied, and ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work, welding, and problem-solving.
What You’ll Do

Diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles and heavy equipment

Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime

Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues

Fabricate, weld, and modify blend systems, skids, and application equipment

Install and upgrade parts and systems on trucks and equipment
-
Respond to off-site service calls and emergency roadside repairs
-
Work closely with operations and fleet teams to support equipment needs
-
Serve as a driver/applicator during the summer dust control season (up to 50% of scheduled hours)
Schedule & Travel

Monday–Friday
-
Start time between 6:00–7:00 AM

Typically 8- 10 hour shifts
-
30% travel - No overnights - Home daily
Pay
-
$64k - $75,000+ yearly
Depending on experience
OT after 40 hours
Minimum Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience as a mechanic and/or fabricator
-
Valid Class A CDL with acceptable MVR
-
Required endorsements: Tanker

FMCSA certifications required:

Brake Inspector
-
Annual Inspector
-
T-Series ASE Certifications preferred
Working Conditions

Shop and plant environment with noise and frequent activity

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs safely

May require nights, weekends, or on-call work as needed
