We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented individual to support the upkeep and presentation of a residential apartment community on a seasonal, part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with general building upkeep, cleaning, and light maintenance tasks throughout the property
• Help maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, entryways, and outdoor spaces
• Remove trash and debris from designated areas and ensure proper disposal
• Support seasonal property needs.
• Perform light repairs and basic maintenance duties, such as replacing bulbs, touching up paint, and reporting issues that require additional attention
• Respond to maintenance requests and follow instructions from management or supervisory staff
• Monitor the property for safety, cleanliness, and maintenance concerns
• Use cleaning tools, maintenance equipment, and supplies in a safe and responsible manner

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in porter, maintenance, custodial, or general labor work is helpful, but not required
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Comfortable performing physical work, including standing, lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors when needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and take on a variety of routine maintenance and cleaning tasks
