Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Licensed Social Worker with active credentials for school settings
- Prior experience providing social work services in K-12 schools preferred

- Demonstrated ability to assess student needs and develop effective intervention strategies
- Familiarity with case management, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students facing socio-emotional or behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement support plans
- Facilitate interventions and referrals to appropriate community resources when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, interventions, and student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
