A highly regarded international law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to support a busy team of litigation attorneys in its San Francisco office. Reporting to the Administrative Office Manager, this role provides high-level administrative and litigation support to attorneys handling complex matters in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, revise, proofread, and format legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and reports.
- Coordinate and process state and federal court filings, including electronic filings.
- Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and scheduling.
- Organize and maintain client files, case materials, and litigation documents.
- Prepare billing materials, client invoices, and time entry support.
- Open new client matters and draft engagement documentation.
- Process expense reports and reimbursement requests.
- Coordinate depositions, hearings, meetings, and other case-related logistics.
- Serve as a key point of contact for attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of legal secretarial experience in a law firm environment.
- Litigation experience required; civil litigation and/or intellectual property litigation experience strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting billing attorneys.
- Strong knowledge of California state and federal court filing procedures.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $96,000 – $132,000
- Overtime eligible (non-exempt position)
