About Jetta Corporation
Jetta Corporation is built on four core values: Trust, Relationship, Investment, and Excellence. These principles guide how we treat the people we work alongside and serve — from our corporate offices to our production floors and everywhere in between. If you're looking for a team that values integrity, respect, and genuine collaboration, you'll find a home here.
About the Role
Jetta Corporation is looking for a Supply Chain Director to set and lead the strategic direction of our supply chain — spanning procurement, supplier strategy, inventory management, production materials flow, import logistics, and demand planning across our Jetta and Americh product lines.
This is an executive-level operations leadership role. You'll build the team, systems, and disciplines needed to consistently deliver material availability, cost efficiency, and supply resilience as our business scales. You'll translate company growth goals into supply chain strategy, build the organization and processes to execute it, and be accountable to executive leadership for supply chain performance, cost, and risk.
What You'll Do
- Own the supply chain strategy — setting multi-year direction for sourcing, inventory, logistics, and supplier partnerships that supports company growth and production capacity plans.
- Build, lead, and develop the supply chain organization, including the Purchasing Manager, Distribution Supervisor, and inventory control functions.
- Set annual goals and KPIs with the VP of Operations, and own the supply chain budget — purchasing spend, logistics costs, staffing, and inventory carrying cost.
- Direct strategic sourcing of raw materials (resins, gelcoat, acrylic sheet, solid surface materials, hardware, and components), negotiate major supplier agreements, and lead supplier performance reviews.
- Own inventory strategy across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods — setting targets for turns, days-of-supply, and working capital.
- Direct demand planning and production materials flow, ensuring material availability aligns with the production schedule across product lines.
- Direct import logistics strategy — customs compliance, incoterms, carrier strategy, and lead-time management.
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Sales on material strategy, costing, and demand signals.
- Own supply chain data integrity and executive KPI reporting within Epicor Kinetic and/or Fourth Shift.
- Apply lean principles across supply chain, warehousing, and distribution — including pull-based replenishment, lean warehousing, and FTL/LTL distribution strategy — to reduce cost and improve flow.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8+ years of progressive supply chain, procurement, or materials management experience in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing other supply chain professionals.
- Demonstrated experience setting supply chain strategy and delivering measurable results in cost, service level, and inventory performance.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems; Epicor Kinetic and/or Fourth Shift experience strongly preferred.
- Experience managing supplier relationships, negotiating agreements, and leading supplier performance reviews at a strategic level.
- Experience managing import logistics, customs compliance, and incoterms.
- Proven budget ownership and financial accountability for a supply chain or operations function.
- Demonstrated experience applying lean principles to supply chain, warehousing, or distribution operations.
- Experience managing full truckload (FTL) and LTL freight distribution.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred:
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Experience in fiberglass, acrylic, composite, or solid-surface product manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing specialty materials such as resins, gelcoat, acrylic sheet, or cast components.
• Background in import/trade compliance programs (e.g., CTPAT).
• Experience presenting supply chain performance and strategy to executive leadership or ownership.
Additional Requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening in accordance with Jetta
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly in English for written and verbal directions.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work is performed primarily in an office environment with regular time on the production floor and in the warehouse. Some exposure to varying temperatures, dust, odors, noise, and moving mechanical equipment. Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. in warehouse or production areas. Up to 15% travel to supplier facilities, ports of entry, or customer locations. Reasonable accommodations are available to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions, in accordance with the ADA, PWFA, and applicable Oklahoma law.
