We are seeking motivated individuals to join our paving team, working on a variety of projects including residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and road construction. This role involves collaborating in medium-sized crews to ensure efficient and quality paving operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for paving, ensuring proper leveling and compaction
- Operate paving equipment such as pavers and rollers safely and effectively
- Lay asphalt accurately according to project specifications
- Collaborate with team members to maintain project workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level to experienced in paving seal coating and striping.
- Ability to work well in team environments
