Duration: Contract-to-Hire
Compensation Range: $60/hr – 75/hr

Job Description:
Lead the design and implementation of a cloud-based contact center solution, transitioning from legacy systems to a modern CCaaS platform.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Engage with CCaaS vendors to architect and implement cloud contact center solutions.

  • Analyze existing telephony infrastructure and design migration strategies.

  • Develop and integrate APIs for seamless connectivity with third-party systems.

  • Configure IVRs, dialers, and system routing for multiple business units.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.

  • Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies to drive project progress.

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:

    • 8 years of experience in platform engineering with a focus on contact center solutions.

    • Proven expertise in Avaya PBX systems and transitioning to cloud-based platforms.

    • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

    • Experience with CCaaS solutions like NICE CXone or Five9.

    • Proficiency in developing and maintaining RESTful APIs.

    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with enterprise environments and telephony operations.

    • Familiarity with chatbot development and AI integrations.

    • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
